Mindset coaching · five minutes a day
There are two of you in every reaction.
One does the thing. One can see it happening. Most days only one of them turns up in time.
I'm Aradhana, your mindset coach. I'm here to show you your nervous system, and what it takes to live an abundant life.
Mindset work can get overwhelming, so I made Sam and Sak. Growth is allowed to be fun, even here. Isn't that rather the point.
Five minutes a day: a free five day course, an app, and four weeks with a small group when you want to go further.
Who they are
Let me introduce you to the two of them.
Sam is your default.
Short for samskara, the Sanskrit word for a groove worn in by repetition. Not the enemy. Just your nervous system keeping you safe the way it learned to.
Sak is the part that notices.
Short for sakshi, the witness. The one who hears you say it and thinks, there I go again. No judging, no arguing. Just seeing.
What it costs
You are projecting the past into the future.
Run the same groove long enough and it stops being a habit. It becomes a forecast. And it is what limits you from creating your abundant life.
Most of us only hear from Sak afterwards. In the car. In the shower. At two in the morning. All of this work is about getting Sak there earlier, while it is still happening, because that is the only moment anything can change.
Two ways in
The first one is free.
Five Minutes with Sam & Sak
Five days, five minutes a day, in your inbox. One short video, one small thing to try, something to write on. Day five is an intention setting meditation. Nothing is sold to you before then.
Sankalpa coaching
Four sessions, ninety minutes each, with a small group doing it at the same time. You bring one pattern and we work on that one. It is the four weeks the five days are a small version of.
Sam without Sak is a reaction.
Sam with Sak is a decision.
The app
Five minutes a day, in your pocket.
A breath, a prompt, one thing to notice. It keeps what you noticed, so the pattern ends up written down instead of invisible. Everything stays on your phone. There is no account and nothing is collected.
